POLICY Respecting
and protecting your privacy is important to us at Siouxland National
Bank. We value your
customer relationship, and we want you to understand what
information we collect and how we use it. The following privacy policy
was established to maintain the security, integrity, and
confidentiality of your financial information.

reasonably believe it would be useful in administering our business,
providing products and services, and other opportunities to our

improve our products and services; and to understand your financial
needs to provide quality products and outstanding service.

providing a financial product or service to you. This could include
information such as account balances, payment history, or overdraft
history.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information
about you to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by

We do not disclose specific information about your
accounts to outside parties unless:

or authorize it;

information is provided to help complete a transaction you have
initiated;
The
information is reported to a credit bureau or other reporting
agency;

disclosure is lawfully permitted or required; or

information is disclosed to companies that perform marketing
services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom
we have joint marketing agreements.

restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those
employees who need to know that information to provide products or
services to you. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to comply
with state and federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal
information.
We have implemented procedures to help assure
that our customers’ financial information is accurate, current, and
complete in accordance to commercial standards. You should notify us
immediately if you receive information regarding your relationship
with us that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. We will investigate your
concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
If you decide to close
your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to
the privacy policies and practices as described in this
notice.

USA PATRIOT ACT To help
the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, the USA Patriot Act requires all financial institutions
to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each
person (including business entities) who opens an account.
What this means for
you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name,
physical address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, and
other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your
driver's license or other identifying documents. We will let you know if
additional information is required.
